Compliance with Legislation: We rigorously adhere to the requirements of U.S., UN, EU, and UK sanctions regimes.
Prevention of Violations: We abstain from engaging in any actions that may contravene the aforementioned sanctions regimes.
Respect for Local Sanctions: We are dedicated to upholding sanctions regulations in all regions where our company operates.
Exclusion of Business Engagement: We abstain from conducting business with or involving countries, regions, entities, individuals, products, or services under sanctions.
Thorough Examination: The Compliance Team performs exhaustive screening and approval for any new business or relationship, ensuring comprehensive due diligence.
Risk Mitigation: We avoid engaging in transactions that could expose our company or partners to compliance and reputational hazards.
Risk Management: We train our employees in sanctions compliance, carry out due diligence on all counterparts, and continuously monitor sanctions regulations to manage our exposure to sanctions-related risks.
Reporting Suspicious Behavior: All employees are obligated to remain vigilant regarding sanctions-related risks and report any questionable activities or third parties to the Compliance Team.
Avoidance of Business Associations: We rigorously forbid the establishment of new business connections with individuals, legal entities, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), or organizations subject to U.S., U.N., EU, and U.K. sanctions or other regulatory body or authority sanctions.
Prevention of Close Affiliations: Conducting business with close family members, close associates, or related entities of sanctioned individuals is absolutely prohibited.
Furthermore, TriOil Group DMCC’s standard Terms and Conditions include a Sanctions Compliance Undertaking, which must be signed by all counterparts.
By upholding these ideals and instituting strong sanctions compliance measures, TriOil Group DMCC exhibits its dedication to conscientious and morally sound business conduct.
